It’s hard to believe but another 45 game regular season is behind us already. Congrats to the Wings for clinching the t-shirt and the first place curse. The Habs gave them a run but just couldn’t push it over the spoiler line in the final game!
The captains met last night and went over the ins and outs of the upcoming round robin. The key message as always was loud and clear around player safety. If you’re baring down on an opponent in a vulnerable position, please do your best to dial back the intensity a notch. Winning is fun, but the camaraderie out there is why we’re in the BOHC! Remember, it’s very likely you’ll be sitting beside that player in the same room next year!
The volunteers are what makes this club tick and we have some great ones in the White division. Thanks to the captains and assistants for all of your help this year.
HUGE thanks to David and his amazing efforts to get poolies out in record numbers this year. Whenever you see David at the club, make sure he’s not paying for his drinks!
