Most of the schedule has been uploaded Wednesdays May 3rd through August 30th covering 18 of the 22 sets of games needed...I'm still working with the City on the remaining 4 sets of games.
As a reminder, Summer Hockey is for all players from all divisions... watch your aggressive skating lines and turns, you never know who might not be able to get out of your way or be able to handle a standard "bump" you can get away with in your division. Share the puck, if you're getting a hat-trick every game you don't belong in Summer Hockey. Dirty and overly aggressive play will not be tolerated, I reserve the right to suspend anyone at any time if it is in the best interest of Summer Hockey!
All that being said, you guys know the deal...while this is more about team camaraderie, playing with and against guys you normally would not see Sept-Apr, and just having some friggen fun, this can still be some competitive hockey - let's see a tonne of close 1- and 2-goal games :)
Captains: please make a tonne of use of the pool, there are a lot of guys dying for a shot at fulltime and/or excited to get a bunch of pool games, let’s get them some ice time - don't be shy about going with 14 or 15 skaters at least once in a while.
