Good Afternoon Blue Division
Since it was pointed out that my last blog was from March 2022, I thought I would take the opportunity to do a quick up date.
The season is now 10 or 11 games old depending on your team and it looks like the Rangers are going to be the team to beat! So far we have the rest of the five teams go from 2nd to last and back again to the top and vice versa.
Penalties are way down this year was I would like to thanks you all for that, and ask that we stay the coarse going forward.
So far we have used a lot of poolies due to an abundance of absences on 3 of the teams. I would ask that you make every effort to get to the games even the late ones, as it makes it hard for us to determine the competitiveness of a team that is not playing with their drafted roster.
There are a few scheduled game changes coming up so make sure you have the updated schedules. The reason for the changes is to pull games from the end of March so the Round Robin can start sooner. On that note please remember that at this time the schedule is 45 games long, the 5 games RR is not yet in the schedule so don't go booking the early vacation just yet!
Couple of things coming up for you to keep in mind and give your full support.
Weds Nov 16 is a BOWSER game so bring your dry goods or a little extra beer money so you can donate to the food bank.
Sat Nov 26th is the Christmas Dance. Your Captains have tickets and we would like to sell at least 10 per team. It is a good time with amazing door prizes .
Dec 2nd will be the Blue Div Pub night, so again I would ask you come out as a team and enjoy the evening.
