Winter Registration is now Open!

To be eligible for 2023-2024 fulltime Winter Hockey, you have to register by May 1 in order to get your fulltime spot based on club seniority. After that, it's first-come, first-served. Current members who register for next season after Sept 1 will lose their club seniority. For the first time in ages, there will not be ‘in-person’ registration at Hectors during Championship Weekend. It’s a really good idea to drop off your form and payment then, or before then, because when hockey ends, other distractions may cause you to forget to register.

Winter Fulltime Registration:

• Fulltime fee is $720 ($50 for club dues, $670 for 50 hockey games). It is payable in full by credit card when registering on-line. If registering using a hard copy form left at Hector’s, payment is by cheques or money order payable to ‘BOHC’ - $420 dated May 1/23 and $300 dated Sept 1/23. No other form of payment or registration is accepted.
• Fulltime registration will close Monday, May 1^st or shortly thereafter if there are still fulltime spots to fill. 
• Fulltime spots will be filled by overall club seniority for those who register by May 1^st, then on a ‘first-come, first served’ basis for those registering after May 1^st. THERE WILL BE NO EXCEPTIONS.
• Online registration is preferred using the email address BOHC has on record for you. You can also register by downloading the form, or getting one at Hectors, and leaving it at Hectors with cheques attached. There is a lock-box for forms by the bar. If Hectors is closed, then leave forms in the locked mailbox outside the front door.

Winter Pool, Referee, Social and Honorary Registration:

• You should register by May 1^st online or with the paper form. But remember to register by Sept 1^st to keep your club seniority intact.
• All Pool Players pay $50 to join and will pay $20 per game played.
  Referees are $40 and Social membership is still $25.
• It is very important that Divisional Pool Convenors know the best method to contact pool players.  Email is preferred, but they do their best to accommodate players’ preferences. Every applicant must sign the waiver on the registration form.
